How It Works
CRA Marketplace connects employers and workers through non-custodial on-chain escrow. Both sides are protected — no one can move funds unilaterally until conditions are met.
The flow
Connect your wallet
Sign in with any Solana-compatible wallet. Your wallet is your identity — no passwords, no KYC. Session auth via SIWS (Sign-In With Solana).
Post or apply for work
Employers post briefs with a clear scope, budget in USDC, and deadline. Workers browse open briefs and submit proposals with their price and delivery window.
Lock funds in escrow
Once both sides agree, the employer deposits USDC into a program-derived escrow account on Solana. Neither party can move the funds unilaterally — the smart contract enforces the rules.
Deliver and approve
The worker delivers the agreed outcome. The employer reviews and approves. Once approved, USDC is released directly to the worker's wallet.
Two roles
Post briefs with a budget and deadline. Review proposals. Fund escrow. Approve work and trigger payment — or dispute if something goes wrong.

Non-custodial escrow
Funds live in a program-derived escrow account on Solana — never in a company wallet. CRA has no access to your money. The Anchor smart contract governs every state transition: proposed → active → submitted → approved (or disputed).
If something goes wrong, either party can open a dispute. An independent admin reviews evidence within a time window and issues a ruling: the escrow releases to whichever side the admin decides — or resolves 50/50. Both parties can always see the on-chain transaction.
Community bounties
Beyond one-to-one contracts, CRA supports community bounties. Anyone can create a pool of USDC for the best meme thread, a walkthrough video, or a community raid. Winners are selected by the bounty creator and paid out automatically.
